BOLIVIA. Duo of Cob 4 Reales (2 Pieces), 1598-1621. Potosi Mint. Philip III. Both PCGS Genuine--Environmental Damage, VF Details Certified.
A rather intriguing pair of 4 Reales cobs. Despite the noted environmental damage, both coins present a striking dark toning, one with highlights of golden iridescence. The first coin presents curiously blundered assayer and mint marks, and is sure to reward an inquisitive collector. The second is struck on a broad flan that reveals large segments of the name and titles of Philip III.
