BOLIVIA. Cob 4 Reales, 1679-P. Potosi Mint; Assayer Pedro de Villar (V). Charles II. PCGS Genuine--Salt Water Damage, EF Details.
KM-25; Cal-524. Weight: 13.26 gms. Despite the noted saltwater damage, this cob offers an impressive amount of detail and eye-appeal. Mintmark, denomination, assayer's initial, and a sharply clear date are all visible on the obverse. The reverse displays lions and castles with some pleasing detail remaining, along with an identifiable last digit of the date. As a whole, the coin presents handsomely with an even gunmetal patina.
