BOLIVIA. Cob 4 Reales, 1685-P. Potosi Mint; Assayer Pedro de Villar (VR). Charles II. PCGS Genuine--Environmental Damage, EF Details.
KM-25; Cal-522. This cob features spots of corrosive patination, accounting for its grade. On the other hand, the coin offers a wealth of detail. Its obverse displays two mintmarks, the assayer's monogram, a bold denomination, and two highly legible dates. The reverse shows another mintmark, part of the monogram, and another complete date. Overall quite attractive and generously complete; not to be overlooked on account of its details designation. To view all items from the Pat Johnson Collection, click
