BOLIVIA. Cob 4 Reales, 1770/69-P. Potosi Mint; Assayers Jose de Vargas y Flor and Raimundo de Yturriaga (V-Y). Charles III. PCGS VF-35.
KM-44; Cal-Type-89. Weigh: 13.35 gms. This 4 Reales cob has a pleasing deep gray toning and an interesting overdate. The digits "69" are clearly visible beneath the "70" of the central obverse date. Portions of the mintmark and assayers' initials can be distinguished, and the denomination is quite clear despite minor doubling.
