Fonrobert-9851. Diameter: 33mm. Commemorating the proclamation of the constitution. Obverse: fasces wrapped anchor within linear circle, legend and stars around; Reverse: Radiant star over five line inscription all within wreath. A lightly handled medal with bold details and flashy luster. Prominent die fissures seen on the obverse give the piece an intriguing faceted appearance. The reverse also shows a touch of softness in the center. Despite these manufacturing imperfections, the medal is impressively original, displaying pleasing light toning.
