Obverse: Garlanded, draped, and armored bust right; Reverse: Crowned coat-of-arms of Santa Fe de Bogota: crowned eagle with head right and pomegranate in each claw and surrounded by eleven pomegranates (should be nine). A fairly SCARCE proclamation medal, with the circulation wear and hole at 12 o'clock which are typical for the issue.
