GUATEMALA. Cob 4 Reales, 1736-G. Guatemala Mint; Assayer Jose de Leon y Losa (J). Philip V. PCGS VF-35.
KM-5; Cal-1007. Weight: 13.38 gms. Somewhat circulated and struck on a typical irregular planchet, this Guatemalan 4 Reales piece retains a full and clear date on its obverse and a denomination mark on its reverse. The pillars and globes and crowned arms are also quite well-presented considering the coin's limitations. A pleasing example of this date. To view all items from the Pat Johnson Collection, click
