PERU. Cob 4 Reales, 1692-L. Lima Mint; Assayer Juan de Villegas (V). Charles II. PCGS Genuine--Environmental Damage, EF Details.
KM-23; Cal-453. Weight: 14.02 gms. This 4 Reales cob exhibits some dark discoloration along the left edge, accounting for the details designation. The rest of the surfaces are unaffected however, and display an attractive light silvery tone. The coin is nicely detailed, exhibiting three mintmarks, two assayer's initials, the denomination, and two dates.
