PERU. 4 Reales, 1789-L. Lima Mint; Assayers Ignacio Zenon de Galvez & Juan Martinez Rojas (I J). Charles III. PCGS Genuine--Cleaned, EF Details.
KM-77a; Cal-852. Struck posthumously in the reign of Charles IV. This 4 Reales piece exhibits signs of cleaning, as well as a segmented mark on the obverse field, likely from contact with another coin at the time of minting. The devices are pleasingly detailed, particularly the reverse. Both sides display attractive light gray toning with muted hints of orange and mauve throughout.
