KM-17. Highly lustrous satin to semi-reflective surfaces are dusted with pretty peach and coppery iridescence. Sharply struck throughout, and expectably smooth for the assigned grade. From a moderately sized mintage of 192,000, of which very few survive at the Gem grade level. NGC has certified only a single example finer (MS-66).
