Boldly to sharply struck for the type, even the most intricate details are fully formed. An intriguing strike through is noted stretching from the upper right tip of the wreath to the rim, likely caused by a metal fragment or another form of debris. RARE at this state of preservation, and tied with two others for finest known in the PCGS population report.
