Obverse: Head of Herakles right, wearing lion's skin; Reverse: Zeus seated left; Z in left field, AP (civic) monogram below throne. A beautiful example, rendering a strong strike on a flan of good metal quality. Luster still radiates softly from the surfaces, with attractive plum toning also appearing as well. Escaping rough marking or handling, an impressive example of the always popular type.
