HGC-4, 1597; Kroll-8. Obverse: Helmeted head of Athena right; Reverse: Owl standing right, head facing; olive sprig and crescent to left; all within incuse square. Rather well struck and nicely centered, this example can boast most of the crest on flan, an important characteristic for any Athenian Tetradrachm. A lustrous and charming specimen.
