RIC-2A. Obverse: Rosette-diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust right; Reverse: Valentinian standing facing, head right, holding labarum (marked with Chi-Rho) and victoriola; -ANTH-. Despite some heavy circulation, along with marks and scratches, there is enough detail retained on the flan of this example to make it a presentable specimen of late Roman gold.
