S-2391, N-1865. This is a posthumous issue of Henry VIII, struck during the reign of the boy king, Edward VI. Arrow mintmark indicates the Tower Mint in London, and that this coin was struck, 1547-1549. Flatly struck in parts, yet little actual wear, and virtually never encountered. Listed as "Rare" in North. Youth upon a throne, (Edward), on obverse, with two mythological creatures supporting a crowned shield on the reverse.
