RUSSIA. 5 Kopeks, 1864-EM. St. Petersburg Mint. Alexander II. NGC MS-63 Brown.
KM-Y-6A; Bit-311. Though common in circulated grades, the number of surviving 5 Kopeks dramatically thins in Mint State. This RARE Choice example is surpassed by only a single finer coin in the NGC census for the Brown color designation (MS-64 finest). Its lovely, smooth dark chocolate patina is only interrupted by very slight red highlights amongst the devices.
