Henrietta Maria, a uniface cast silver-gilt Royalist badge by T. Given the four piercings, this was likely a Royalist badge intended to be sewn onto one's clothing. This is a very nice example of a medal with a better sculpted and more attractive portrait of the Queen than is usually found.
