KINGS of THRACE. Lysimachos, 305-281 BC. AR tetradrachm (16,63 g). Uncertain mint, circa 305-281 BC. Diademed head of the deified Alexander right, with horn of Ammon / ΒAΣIΛEΩΣ - ΛYΣIMAXOY, Athena seated left on throne, left arm resting on shield, holding Nike with wreath in right hand and spear behind; monogram in inner left field; murex shell in exergue. Well struck with fresh dies. Some corrosion, mostly on the obverse.
