Diademed head of Alexander the Great to right, wearing horn of Ammon / ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ - ΛΥΣΙΜΑΧΟΥ, Athena seated left, holding Nike, crowning the king's name, and leaning her arm on shield decorated with star motif; ΘΕΜ under right arm, TO below throne; ornate trident in exergue.
