C prefix. A challenging denomination in this series and one that is offered quite infrequently. Second signature combination of Kennet - al Haidari is noted. Good color is seen on both sides and some carefully executed minor repairs have enhanced the eye-appeal of this issue. It presents with good color and is nicer than most examples typically encountered in the marketplace. PMG mentions "Minor repairs".Â
