Jordan 1949 P-3a PCGS Gem UNC 65 PPQ 5 Dinars
Jordan's first series of notes are very popular among collectors. They were printed in England by Thomas de la Rue and feature a portrait of King Abdullah I at right. This example is fresh and certified in Gem Uncirculated condition, and very rare in this elite grade. When we sold the Raqmu Collection of Jordan in 2021 this type was represented by a single PMG 40 (all other denominations from the first series had multiple examples included). This one is much better than that single offering and should see spirited bidding.Â
