Walthère Frère-Orban was Prime minister twice from 1868 to 1870 and from 1878 to 1884.
C. Mahillon could be the musical instruments maker in Brussels.
First cleaned with remains of iridescent toning, very fine to extremely fine ; sedond, knocks, hairlines, extremely fine. (2)
