Diva Faustina Senior. Died AD 140/1. AR Denarius (18.5mm, 3.47 g, 6h). Rome mint. Struck under Antoninus Pius, circa AD 146-161. Draped bust right, wearing pearls bound on top of her head / AETE R NITA S, Aeternitas (or Juno) standing left, raising hand and holding scepter. RIC III 344 (Pius); RSC 26. Deeply toned with subtle iridescence on reverse, a few very light scratches, trace deposits. Good VF.
