LANCASTER. Henry VI. First reign, 1422-1461. AR Groat (26mm, 3.71 g, 6h). Annulet/Rosette-mascle mule. Calais mint; im: pierced cross. Struck circa 1430. Crowned facing bust within tressure of arches; trefoils at cusps, annulets flanking neck / Long cross pattée; triple pellets in quarters. North 1427/1446; SCBC 1836/1859. Toned, scratch on reverse under toning. Near VF.
