TUDOR. Edward VI. 1547-1553. AR Shilling (32mm, 6.22 g, 2h). Third period, fine silver issue. Tower (London) mint; im: tun. Struck 1551-1553. Crowned facing bust; rose to left, XII (mark of value) to right / Coat-of-arms over long cross fourchée. North 1937; SCBC 2482. Toned, minor deposits at edge. VF. An attractive example.
