BCD Peloponessos 1230 (same dies). Requier Series 2 [1], D3-R3, 85. SNG Cop 114 (same dies). Good Very Fine; struck on a broad flan; toned and attractive. Arguably better portrait than aforementioned LHS example. Rare. Ex BCD. This is a choice example with a marvelous portrait of Asklepios, from the early Hellenistic silver coinage of Epidauros. It is further distinguished by the dolphin-shaped form before the portrait.
