In addition, Cyrus ordered all the holy objects taken from the temple by Nebuchadnezzar to be returned. This is mentioned twice in the book of Ezra."Who says of Cyrus, he is my shepherd and will accomplish all that I please, he will say to Jerusalem, let it be rebuilt and of the temple, let its foundation be laid" Isaiah 44:28
