At the time of cataloging, this handsome Specimen is tied for the highest grade in the PMG Population Report. Manchukuo banknotes and Specimen are often off-center and printed with large ink smears, but thankfully, this example is even and clean. Embossing is easily seen. Red overprints and solid zero serial numbers complete the presentation.
