Head of Pan to left, wearing wreath of ivy and fruit; on head, countermark: star of twelve rays within circular incuse. Rev. Π-A-N Head of a lion to left; below, sturgeon left; on lion's head, countermark: bow in bowcase. HGC 7, -. MacDonald 114. SNG BM Black Sea 887-9. SNG Stancomb 554-5. Somewhat smoothed and with some weakness from countermarking, otherwise, very fine.
