Anonymous, 179-170 BC. Denarius (Silver, 19 mm, 3.75 g, 12 h), Rome. Head of Roma to right, wearing winged helmet and pendant earring; behind, X (mark of value). Rev. ROMA Luna in biga galloping to right, holding whip in her right hand and reins with her left; below horses, fly to right. Crawford 159/2. RBW 694. Sydenham 322. Nicely toned. Minor flan faults, otherwise, nearly very fine.
