KINGS OF ELYMAIS. Kamnaskires III, with Anzaze, circa 82/1-73/2 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 27 mm, 16.00 g, 12 h), Seleukeia on the Hedyphon, SE 233 = 80/79. Conjoined and draped busts of Kamnaskires III, diademed, and Anzaze, wearing stephane, to left; in field to right, anchor symbol. Rev. BACIΛEΩ[C - KA]MNA[CKIPOY] - KAI BACIΛICCHC - ANZAZH Zeus-Belos seated left, holding Nike in his right hand and scepter in his left; to inner left, ΜΑΚΕΔΩΝ; in exergue, ΓΛΣ (date). Alram 454 var. Sunrise -. Van't Haaff 7.1.1-4. Harshly cleaned and the reverse struck slightly off center, otherwise, good very fine.
