'Mahachatrapasa Apratihachakrasan Rujuvulasa' (of Great Satrap Rajuvula of the Invincible Chakra' in Kharoshthi) Herakles standing front, head to left, holding club and lion's skin in his left hand and raising his right hand in salute; in field to left, swastika above 'Ra'; in field to left and right, Kharoshthi letter.
