'TKYN BG HWT'P HWL'S'N MLKA AFZUT GDH ('Tegin, His Majesty, Lord, King of Khorasan, may his kingship increase' in Pahlawi) Draped bust of the King slightly to right, wearing a moustache and diadem with two tridents and a lion's head on top and two ribbbons hanging from the back of the diadem knot, earrings, two pearl necklaces and a rosette onhis chest; in the upper field to right, protome of Senmurv with long tongue. Rev. Fire altar flanked by two attendants; to left, date (year 2 in Pahlawi); to right, 'ZWLST'N ('Zabulistan' in Pahlawi). Vondrovec 329. Extremely rare. Holed, with some deposits and light scratches, otherwise, fine.
