Elagabalus, 218-222. Denarius (Silver, 20 mm, 3.00 g, 12 h), Rome, 220-221. IMP ANTONINVS PIVS AVG Laureate and draped bust of Elagabalus to right, seen from behind. Rev. ABVNDANTIA AVG Abundantia standing front, head to left, emptying cornucopiae held with both hands; in field to left, six-pointed star. BMC 193. Cohen 1. RIC 56. Thirion 234. Beautifully toned. Struck slightly off center and with very light deposits on the reverse, otherwise, good extremely fine.
