Elagabalus, 218-222. Denarius (Silver, 18 mm, 2.90 g, 6 h), Rome, 219. IMP ANTONINVS PIVS AVG Laureate and draped bust of Elagabalus to right, seen from behind. Rev. FIDES MILITVM Aquila between two signa; two crossed shields at base of signum on left and right. BMC 202. Cohen 44. RIC 78. Thirion 246. Lightly toned. The reverse a bit weak, otherwise, extremely fine.
