[R]OM ET AVG Front elevation of the Altar of Lugdunum, decorated with the corona civica between laurels and stylized figures; altar flanked by columns surmounted by statues of Victory standing vis-à-vis, each holding palm frond in her right hand and wreath in her left. BMC 550. Cohen 240. RIC 230. A beautiful piece with a splendid green patina. Minor pitting, otherwise, good very fine.
