Valerian I, 253-260. As (Copper, 26 mm, 7.86 g, 12 h), Antiochia, 253-254. IMP C P LIC VALERIANVS AVG Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Valerian I to right. Rev. AEQVTAS (sic!) AVGG Aequitas standing front, head to left, holding scales in her right hand and cornucopiae in her left. Cohen -. MIR 1558c var. (reverse legend). RIC 297 var. (reverse legend). Very rare and with an interesting spelling error on the reverse. An exceptionally attractive example of this unusual denomination. Slightly rough, otherwise, good very fine.
