Half-length figure of St. Theodore facing, bearded and nimbate, holding sword in his right hand and sheath in his left. Rev. Half-length figures of John on the left, wearing crown and loros, and St. Demetrius on the right, nimbate, in military attire; both holding between them cross in circle on staff with triangular decoration on shaft.
