Pashiz (Silver, 16 mm, 0.97 g, 9 h), Arab-Sasanian type, ST (Stakhr), without date, struck circa AH 70-90 = AD 690-710. Draped bust resembling Khosrau II to right, wearing elaborate mural crown; behind head, legend in Pahlawi; before head, possibly DWSMWL (in Pahlawi). Rev. Fire altar flanked by two attendants; to left, PLM'W (in Pahlawi); to right, ST (name of the mint in Pahlawi). Album G46. Gyselen -. Very rare. Slightly rough, otherwise, very fine.
