ԿՈՍՏԱՆԴԻԱՆ ՈՍ ԹԱԳ ՈՐ ('Gosdantin King' in Armenian) Gosdantin, bearded and crowned, standing facing in a long elaborate tunic, holding sword in his right hand and short Latin cross in his left. Rev. ՇԻՆԵԼ ԳԱՂԱԳՆ ՍԻՍԷ ('struck in the city of Sis' in Armenian) Cross pattée over short cross saltire. AC 417. CCA 1732. Attractive earthen highlights on a dark patina. Minor deposits, otherwise, about very fine.
