AΛЄΣ Δ Ο ΚⲰΝTANT Alexius III standing facing on the left, wearing crown and chlamys, holding akakia in his right hand and patriarchal cross together with St. Constantine, standing facing on the right, nimbate, bearded and crowned, wearing divitision and loros.
