"Shim'on'" (in Hebrew) irregularly arranged within wreath / Elongated kithara; "For the freedom of Jerusalem" (in Hebrew) around. Mildenberg 100 (O16/R68); Meshorer 272b; Hendin 6451. Toned, some find patina. Good VF. Overstruck on a denarius of Trajan, with partial legends visible.
