Inscribed clear glass beaker. Roman, 1st century AD. (7.3 cm wide, 7.4 cm tall). A molded beaker with a fantastic solid cylindrical form and solid flat base. A central inscription reads ΚΑΤΑΙ ΧΑΙΡΕ (Rejoice and Be Merry). A v-chevron pattern above and below. Some crystallization and patina present. Website shipping rates do not apply.
