George I (1714-1727), 'Roses and Plumes' Shilling, 1718, first laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right, rev. crowned cruciform shields, roses and plumes in angles, seven strings to harp, obliquely milled edge, 6.02g, 5h (ESC 1165; Bull 1566; Spink 3645), lightly haymarked, yet residually lustrous to darkly toned surfaces, good very fine.
