Faustina Junior. Augusta, AD 147-175. AR Denarius (18mm, 3.28 g, 6h). Rome mint. Struck under Marcus Aurelius and Lucius Verus, circa AD 165-170. Draped bust right, wearing double circlet of pearls around head / Venus Genetrix standing left, holding Victory and shield set on helmet. RIC III 734 (Aurelius); MIR 18, 36-4b; RSC 280a var. (without helmet). Toned, traces of PVC residue. Good VF.
