Herennius Etruscus. AD 251. AR Antoninianus (21.5mm, 2.86 g, 11h). Rome mint. Special emission, AD 251. Radiate and draped bust right / Mercury standing left, holding purse and caduceus. RIC 151a (Decius); RSC 13a. Toned, some flan flaws, a couple of scratches. VF. Very rare issue as Augustus. Overstruck on an eastern mint denarius of Elagabalus, AD 218-219 as evidenced by the undertype's obverse features and visible legend ANTONINVS PIVS FEL AVG.
