ANCIENT NEAR EAST. Levant & the Near East. Luristan Bronze Sword Blade. Circa 1200-800 BC. (16" / 40 cm long). Elongated leaf-shaped blade with short, perforated tang and triple raised midrib. Khourasani, Arms and Armor From Iran (2006), 4-5. Pale green patina with light earthen encrustation overall; missing handle, otherwise intact.
