FAR EAST. Vietnam. Dong Son Culture Bronze Axe Head. Circa 700-300 BC. (3.5" X 1.75" / 8.6 X 4.5 cm). Small axe or hatchet head, with D-shaped blade and flaring rectangular projection, either a grip or for hafting to handle.. Green patina with heavy earthen encrustation.
