Bust of Narseh right, wearing crown with arcades, three foliate branches, and korymbos, hair in single group, reverse; Fire altar, flanked by two attendants, both wearing mural crowns with korymbos, faravahar symbol to the left , cadceus symbol to the right of flame. 2nd type of reverse with no ribbons on the fire altar shaft. SNS type Ia/1a; cf Göbl type II/2 (altar with ribbon); Paruck -; Saeedi -; Sunrise 804. Choice EF. Nicely toned. Of highest rarity among the early series fractions.
