Bust of Ardashir III right, wearing first crown / Fire altar with down turn ribbons, flanked by two attendants, star and crescent flanking flames, star-in-crescents in margin, mint "AIRAN" (Susa) to the right and regnal year 2 to the left, Göbl type II/1; Mochiri 435 and 700-1; Saeedi 295; Sunrise 995var. Well struck on a nice broad flan. Choice Good EF. Lightly toned.
